To be able to send advance, confidential music to journalists we will occasionally need to share names and email addresses with artists, their management and record companies to enable music to be sent via their chosen secure delivery systems (which may include C-Right, PlayMPE, Haulix, Promo Jukebox, Studio CDN and other systems as required). We will seek your permission to do so whenever this is required.
Where we include links on our website, or in our communications, to third party websites it does not mean that we endorse or approve that site’s policy towards visitor privacy. You should review their privacy policy before sending them any personal data.
